
India's plastic exports declined by 6.9% to USD 34.5 billion in August due to difficult global economic factors, according to the Plastics Export Promotion Council. While some product categories saw an increase in exports, including flooring, leather, laminates, and medical plastics, others, such as woven sacks and plastic pipes, witnessed a decline.
