Karan Johar recalls being physically sick before the release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, thought he will get a cardiac arrest

Karan said that he was very stressed, and thought he was going to have a cardiac arrest. He added that by stressed, he meant physically, like his body was shivering and shaking. He further added that he felt he really seeked validation with this film, since it was a 7 year gap and a 3 year tough time, with all the trolling and anxiety. He further added there was a lot of negativity that surrounded him personally, as well as the industry.
