Ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s untimely demise may cast a shadow of uncertainty on his last big bet — low-cost carrier Akasa. Industry insiders say Jhunjhunwala held about 47% stake in Akasa, followed by nearly 30% with founder-CEO Vinay Dube & family and the rest with other investors and staff. The Big Bull’s last public outing was at the August 7 launch of Akasa in Mumbai.
